Effective implementation guarantee

We guarantee that at least 90% of employees will register in our system within two months of implementation.

If the client meets the integration requirements on their side, but the registration rate still does not reach 90%, they will receive three times the monthly subscription fee from Nais as a bonus for their employees to use in the Nais marketplace.

Conditions for receiving the implementation guarantee:

  • Preparation by Nais and joint execution of a communication plan before, during, and after the implementation of Nais in the client organization

  • Enabling communication with employees through verified channels in the client organization

  • Distribution of training materials to managers as the first source of knowledge for employees

  • HR business partners and selected individuals in the organization as supporting change ambassadors

  • Support from the client organization in communication with employees, at least in the first month after the implementation of Nais

Effective and safe operation guarantee

Correct and error-free process handling

We guarantee that 99% of applications will be correctly filled out, and benefits will be paid according to the agreements.

If the guarantee conditions are met, but there are still at least 1% of incorrectly submitted applications in a given month, we will refund the subscription fee for that month.

Conditions for receiving the error-free process handling guarantee:

  • The client outlines the application approval process (using our template)

  • Providing the content of the applications and the fields that the application must contain, along with guidelines on their requirements or limitations

  • Testing both the content and flow of applications in the test environment before releasing them to employees

  • Providing us with guidelines for correct reporting of applications or transferring data to the payroll system for proper benefit payments
