Nais through the eyes of clients
What needs does Nais meet in companies? How does it help HR departments, managers, and are employees satisfied with our app?
We asked our clients what Nais means to them and how it benefits them and their employees in their daily work. We also requested practical tips they would like to share with representatives of companies that have not yet adopted HR technology solutions.
Here’s what we heard:
Magdalena Beta, HR Operations and Reward Manager, Dentsu Aegis Polska
Thanks to Nais, our employees can manage their benefits in one place. They also have very easy access through the mobile app. Initially, we implemented Nais as a system for employee recognition, and since April this year, as a system for managing a benefits cafeteria. Our employees appreciate Nais as a benefits platform, particularly for its flexibility and the fact that they can decide for themselves how to spend the money they receive. The app is very flexible and developmental. It provides us with the services we need—some tailored to our specific requests.
Anita Brzeźnicka, HR Specialist, EWL S.A.
Implementing Nais increased EWL S.A.'s attractiveness in the eyes of our employees. We are now seen as a unique and innovative employer. Previously, our company did not offer choices—employees received medical care and a sports card, but we noticed a gap, as not everyone can be physically active. Thanks to Nais, a large group of our long-term employees received additional motivation to work because we have a tool to recognize and appreciate them. When choosing a benefits platform, we were guided primarily by how well the offer met our employees' needs and the ease of using the tool.
I believe that implementing Nais was a good decision: employees are happy that they can freely choose how to spend the money from the company. Employees appreciate Nais for its freedom, convenience, and choice. It’s nice to hear after the weekend that colleagues went to the theater thanks to the company. Employees can also pool resources to go to a restaurant using Nais.
I really enjoy new technologies and easily adapt to HR technological solutions. In previous companies, I used cafeteria platforms, but only in EWL did I have the opportunity to implement Nais, and I am very proud of it. For many employees, it was a novelty. Today, when motivation is very individual, some employees are motivated by money, others by development—the world of non-wage benefits should also be individualized and tailored to employees' needs.
Additionally, Nais helps us celebrate birthdays and work anniversaries. We can thank employees for another year of work in our company in a pleasant way. People greatly appreciate this. For managers who want to award a prize, we also suggest doing it through Nais.
For me, Nais is a significant work facilitation—I can manage all benefits on one platform, where reports are generated automatically—this is a huge time saver that I can dedicate to developing other projects.
Monika Gilewska, Comp&Ben Specialist, Vivus Finance sp. z o.o.
One of the challenges modern HR departments face is creating working conditions that employees find attractive. No wonder, with the growing competition in the job market. Building a diverse and interesting benefits offer brings us closer to achieving this goal. Nais certainly facilitates this by allowing employees to choose specific bonuses and benefits themselves. At Vivus, we are satisfied with the results—our employees like the benefits offer we have made available to them—the variety of services offered through Nais means that almost everyone can find something for themselves. The administrative cooperation with Nais also runs smoothly.
Agata Musiał, Service Centre Operations Manager, Capgemini Poland
Nais allows us to appreciate employees from their first day at work. This increases the chance that they will stay with our company longer. Employees know that if they perform their duties professionally, show initiative, or take actions to improve the entire team’s work, they will be immediately recognized not only with a kind word or positive feedback but also with an additional reward through Nais.
For me, Nais is primarily about the ability to react quickly. A positive employee attitude can be appreciated almost immediately, without unnecessary and usually time-consuming formalities and submitting requests requiring approval from a larger group of managers. We act immediately. It is also valuable that Nais gives my managers, as direct supervisors, the opportunity to appreciate their employees—that greatly helps in building positive relationships and trust between the employee and their supervisor. Building a habit of appreciation with Nais is very simple and enjoyable.
Agnieszka Musiedlak, Operations Manager, Capgemini
Nais gives me the opportunity to reward instantly and continuously. It’s easy to use and very intuitive. What’s important to me is that I can grant a reward quickly and easily. I also see that such immediate rewarding works. A few times, I have received thanks from employees or information that they are pleasantly surprised by the reward. Such immediate feedback is very motivating. I use Nais when I need to. Sometimes it’s a few times a month, sometimes I accumulate rewards and grant them quarterly. I know I can use the reward immediately, and that’s most important to me. Employees I appreciate in this way often perform extra tasks when asked. I don’t have issues with team members refusing to agree to extra effort. They know I will appreciate it—and quickly.
I notice that they are more engaged and their approach to tasks has changed. Directly in Poland, I manage 9 people. I try to support them and am open to working with employees. I help in difficult moments—sometimes with decision-making or assisting in task completion. I always make time if someone asks for a conversation. And I see that it pays off.
