We are committed to combating modern slavery and human trafficking by:
- complying with all applicable laws and standards relating to modern slavery and human trafficking;

- implementing and enforcing effective controls over our internal processes and those of our subcontractors throughout the supply chain;
- including appropriate provisions in our contracts prohibiting the use of forced, compulsory or trafficked labour, as well as persons held in conditions of slavery or servitude, both in relation to adults and children;
- developing and providing appropriate channels of communication for reporting irregularities, concerns and any breaches of applicable modern slavery and human trafficking rules;
- conducting appropriate training and information policy for employees, collaborators and other interested parties to ensure awareness and compliance with all internal policies and standards in the application of the principles of counteracting modern slavery and human trafficking;
- conducting an assessment of the conducted activities and supply chains in order to identify and mitigate the risks associated with modern slavery and human trafficking;

We oblige all interested parties to apply our standards for counteracting modern slavery and human trafficking, in particular we oblige the Management Team to secure technical and organizational measures to meet the requirements of this Policy and the adopted Standards.
We oblige all persons suspecting any case of modern slavery or human trafficking in Nais or in our supply chain to contact us immediately in accordance with the rules set out on our pages.
We assure you that all reports will be treated with the utmost confidentiality and no retaliatory action will be taken against those who make reports in good faith.
