We continually update our marketplace to ensure it best meets the changing needs and times. Our benefits are dynamic! You won’t need to establish or terminate additional agreements with providers. ZFŚS organization

Everything in Nais happens automatically; you will manage the social budget from A to Z on the platform. Collecting and aggregating employee declarations, awarding appropriate benefit amounts, all occur automatically. The Nais marketplace complies with the ZFŚS Act and the company’s regulations. You will be sure that funds are spent legally.

We provide digital workflow for social committees and the network of document approvers. You control everything, and reports are available online. Your employees will fill out income declarations via their mobile phones and can access benefits through the same route.

Applications and documents

Employees gain very quick and easy access to the services you offer and available funding within the company. Each application and necessary document can be submitted via mobile phone, and authorized approvers in the app will approve each application, request additional information, and review attachments. Employees can track their progress in workouts, encourage each other to exercise: running, cycling, walking. If they want, they can integrate with Strava, or they can enter their achievements without integration. Nais Challenges don’t have to be about sports; they always help maintain interpersonal relationships and motivate each other for various activities. They can involve all employees. Now counting steps for charity purposes by entire teams is incredibly simple – everyone sees the results.

Wellbeing

We all care about employee wellbeing. We approach this very seriously, collaborating with top specialists. We offer psychological and psychiatric support not only for employees but also for their families. We understand that if something bad is happening in the family, focusing on work becomes difficult. Our key partner is Mental Path, which gathers the best psychologists and psychiatrists, also working online. Professional online courses on mindfulness, stress management, and personal development led by Wojciech Eichelberger are available on-demand through our app. MobileMed provides mobile physiotherapists who help with back, knee, and shoulder issues in your employees' homes. For those interested in sports, we offer the largest online gym, FitAdetp, and many online classes conducted by dozens of fitness and yoga clubs across Poland. Training is provided by Gymsteer. When the lockdown ends, Gymsteer will also offer in-club training on a pay-per-entry basis.

You can activate this at any time. Here you can publish important information, guides, and messages addressed to employees. You will publish any material whenever needed and conduct short surveys (or long ones if you prefer).

eNPS and Pulse Check

We like facts and numbers and encourage you to base decisions on data. You can initiate eNPS or Pulse Check surveys at any time for any group in the company – quickly assess the organizational pulse, and if you repeat the survey, you will easily observe changes. This knowledge helps better manage benefit policies (and more) for employees. Nais Insights provides data on employee activity in the app. You will know in real-time if employees are using the app, what benefits they choose, how they spend bonuses from ZFŚS (or working capital budgets), and how teams, women, men, younger, and older employees differ. Integrations

We know this might not be the most exciting part of our app, but it’s very important. We facilitate automatic data exchange with other company systems: we integrate with HR and payroll systems (SAP, TETA, Enova) and e-learning systems.
